How was your Friday the 13th

Wow.. I haven't blogged in a long,long time. Mostly because these orthopedic issues with my ankle have been consuming my life.. emotionally and physically. But today I decided to blow the dust off my blog and tell all of you that I had a near perfect Friday the 13th.

First, even though I forgot to plug in my phone.. and it crapped out, I managed to wake up and get to work on time. At work, even though we are facing a huge and ugly week on the 17th (first week of the spring semester), most of us were in good spirits. Thankfully, we have a 3 day weekend and only a 4 day work week next week! There were also leftovers from a faculty meeting on Thursday... Free Lunch!!

Friday the 13th was pay day! 'Nough said! I finally received what I thought was a terminally lost Christmas gift card... $25 bucks to my fave, P.F. Changs. Thanks Beth!

It's always a good day when I receive the next movie in my Netflix Que. A belated Christmas present from a grateful adjunct faculty, Ferrero Rocher!! Yum. And 4 other miscellaneous items that are too boring to blog about!
